It is entirely tailored to you. Most clients find that 3 to 5 focused sessions provide the clarity and practice needed to see a real improvement. Some come for a single 90-minute deep-dive before a specific role.
Both. I meet clients in person at my Edinburgh office in Edinburgh city centre, and remotely via video call for clients elsewhere in the UK or abroad.
